At BluePrint Engines, we stand behind our high-performance builds and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, items can be returned within 30 days of delivery provided they are in new, uninstalled condition and original packaging.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our facility.

  Prepare Documentation

  Include a copy of your original invoice and the issued RMA form inside the crate or package to ensure timely processing of your refund.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage the engine or component in its original shipping materials to prevent damage during transit; items damaged due to poor packaging may not be eligible for full credit.

• 4.
  Ship and Inspect

  Send your return via a trackable carrier; once received, our technicians will inspect the product and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
